I would recommend that you move your site somewhere that offers antivirus protection. I am a GoDaddy hoster and I can furnish site scanning but to guarantee this your site will have to be on my GoDaddy server. I can work with you on pricing and I stand behind my work. I also recommend that you update to at least Joomla 2.5 as no lower versions are supported anymore (which is a big reason for your woes)
