PSDs to Responsive HTML

Please see the three attached jpg files. We want these 3 files converted to 3 responsive HTML pages. Design is very simple. We will provide the PSD to the winning bidder. Requirements: 1. The html should be clean coded with proper commenting. 2. CSS coding should follow standard method, for example: if you write css for buttons, then all the buttons css should be together, similarly when you write css for menu then all the menu css coding should be together with commenting. 3. Pixel perfect design matching is a MUST. 4. Pages should be responsive for mobiles and tablets. You should write a separate css file named '[login to view URL]' for the responsiveness. 5. All images should be hyperlinked. 6. We will not provide any font names or font files. It is your responsibility to use fonts to match the design perfectly. 7. The homepage html should be done within 24 hours from the project awarding time, and for other two pages you will get another 12 hours. Total 36 hours to complete the project. Experience and low bid price will get the priority. Design is very simple, so the budget is not more than $40. Please write 'I read the requirements' in your first line of your bid proposal, without the line your proposal will be declined. Lot more projects are coming for the successful freelancer. Thanks
