Automatically Convert an Excel File Data to TXT

We need to convert an Excel file to a txt file. This Excel file will bring some data from an internal system that needs to be formatted into a txt file. After that, the txt file needs to be moved to a specific folder that will be accessed by FTP. All this process must be done automatically. The txt header must follow: - Date (dd/mm/yyyy) and time(hh:mm) mask Data separator (;) - Decimal separator to measured values (,) - Software ID that generated the file (ex: MIGRIS-4.5-U1-0041) All IDs should appear in this order, without fail and preceded by the # character. The character * starts the header and character # closes the header (1st line) of the data file. An example of the data file header is shown below: *#dd/mm/yyyy#hh:mm#;#,#MIGRIS-5.0-U1-0041# The remaining lines in the file will be data rows only, whose formatting is Below: - Date and time, separated by a space, in the respective formatting presented in the header; - Data separator defined in the header; - Tag that identifies the variable whose data will be entered (up to 20 alphanumeric characters, without spaces between each other, the control or special characters such as '*', '#', ';', '\', '/', ',', '.', '+', etc); - Data separator defined in the header; - Value of the data, whose decimal separator, if any, must correspond to that header (semicolon); - Data separator defined in the header; - Flag of the data, which normally identifies additional information linked to the validity of the (up to 2 alphanumeric characters); - Data separator defined in the header; - Data comment with up to 250 alphanumeric characters, not being accepted special or control characters; - Data separator defined in the header; Examples of data lines generated: 02/09/2003 07:30;IDAZRW_E03P11;0,00100000004749745;IS;calibration failure; 02/09/2003 08:30;E01P01;44,2999992370605;;; 02/09/2003 09:30;E01P01;80;;; 02/09/2003 10:30;E01P02;20,7000007629395;;; *The Excel file will be generated hour by hour All of this data will be exported in the excel file.
