THE DUTIES ARE: * Keep records of materials filed or removed, using log-books or computers. * Add new material to file records, and create new records as necessary. * Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail. * Track materials removed from files in order to ensure that borrowed files are returned. * Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order. *Managing the day-to-day operations of the office. *Organizing and maintaining files and records. *Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments. *Hourly payment: $35/hour *Benefits include: 401k, health and dental, paid vacation and 2 weeks sick leave *You will be enrolled for Benefits after 4weeks. For last 25 years I was working as a Project Material Specialist in Saudi Aramco (Saudi American Oil Company) in Saudi Arabia. My job responsibilities were as follows: 1. Order project materials thru Saudi Aramco SAP System. 2. Keep track of the material deliveries from in-kingdom and out of kingdom. 3. Maintain materials record and generate materials status report including cost report in Excel format to be submitted to the Project management on a weekly basis. 4. Conduct weekly Materials Procurement meeting with the project contractors. 5. Filing the material documents such as drawings, catalogs, instructions and maintenance manuals, and invoices of the materials delivered. 6. Besides I can type 40 wpm. 7. My English communication skills are fine.
