Data Entry for 10x Recipe books via Google Books

The task: I need the certain data within the ingredients list tagged for EACH recipe in the recipe books listed below.   Recipe books 1 - 'Lean in 15 - The Shift Plan: 15 minute meals and workouts to keep you lean and healthy' - by Joe Wicks 2 - '5 ingredients Quick and easy food, the UK Edition' - by Jamie Oliver 3 - 'Jamie's 15 minute meals' - by Jamie Oliver 4 - 'Deliciously Ella: Awesome ingredients, incredible food that you and your body will love' - By Ella Mills (Woodward) 5 - 'Bosh!' - By Henry Firth 6 - 'The Art of Eating Well' - by Jasmine Hensley 7 - 'Jerusalem' - by Yotam Ottolenghi 8 - 'Simply Nigella Fell good food' - by Nigella Lawson 9 - 'The Hairy Dieters eat for life' - by The Hairy Bikers 10 - 'Persiana: Recipes from the Middle East and beyond' - by Sabrina Ghayour For each recipe within each of the books i require: - the recipe title, - no. of people the recipe serves, - amount that the recipe makes,  - ingredient name, and, - ingredient quantity. These must be as exactly as stated in the book. For example: Chocolate oat cookies; 12 cookies; Oats; 200g; chocolate chips; 50g;    or.     chicken curry; paprika; a pinch. This needs to be repeated for every recipe in the whole of this book.  Method: I need the book to be tagged using Google books. You will need access to the Google books API/developer to perform this task (else most of the pages are restricted from view if just using public access to google books.) Results format: Excel file. Columns to include: Recipe Title; no. of people the recipe serves (if not available leave blank), amount that the recipe makes (if not available, leave blank), Ingredient; Ingredient quantity.
