Hello,
I will provide you a window desktop application where you can select the folder that has multiple excel file or you can select multiple excel files and also you can select output CSV file location and once click on process button, it will store 30 rows from each excel to CSV file and store it. It will work faster. I will set 30 rows as an option, so you can easily change too like 40 or 50 or 10. There is no limit of the selection of multiple files, you can select 60 or 100 or 200 or 10, etc.
