My sister is a docter in "shri mahant indiresh govt hospital . As your concern is about health issue and diet plan i have so many option to consult various options and give a best health chart for whatever dieseas you are suffering from . Also i have few friends working with "forever living products" company which manufacture the best organic nutrition product in the world . I can take help from them .
