Help with Business Finance

Looking for experienced bookkeeper. My company is a start-up and just turned 1 year old. We require, a bookkeeper who is experienced and knowledge of working with auditors. My company did five sales last year. So the transactions are mostly initial expenditures like 1. Renovation, 2. IT expenditures 3. Furniture 4. similar expenditure. Those were done, mostly between sep to Nov 2014 period. After that, the monthly recurring expenses like phone bill, rental ,utilities, salary....etc. Bank Accounts We have 4 bank accounts in USD , SGD, GBP, and EURO 1. All the sales are done in USD 2. Operational Expenditures are in SGD 3. Both GBP and EURO doest have any activities. Auditing and GST 1. As we are 100% foreign shareholder company, we need to do Auditing 2. We are a GST registered since 01-Jan-2015. Already did our first submission. Next time onwards half yearly submission. Bookkeeping Software We have a subscription to Quickbooks online. So priority to those who knows how to do it on the same.
