Log Working Hours into an already created Dynamic Calendar

I already have a Dynamic Calendar in excel where the user can select a month and a year and the calendar updates the days for that month in that year accrodingly what I need is for the user to double click on one of the days of the month and a userform will apear the Userform needs to have the following options Casual Labour Hire Name - This field to be a dropdown for the user to select from a list of names - Also need an option to add new names to the list so when a new name is added it can be selected from the list - Also need an option to remove the user from the list so its is not included in the list (however any logged hours for the user removed from the list remains - the option to remove the name is to only remove it from the drop down list) The list of names is to be available in every month and year - and any names added or removed from the list is therefore reflected no mater what month or year the user is looking at Hours Worked - This is so the user can enter in how many hours that user worked for that day Sales or Warehouse - This to be another drop down that the user selects either W for warehouse or S for Sales If the user selects a name for a day where hours are already logged it pre-populates the other fields (i.e. hours worked and Sales of warehouse that was keyed in previously) and the user can then update the hours worked if required or can delete the hours worked - (incase the entry was a mistake) As the names and hours are logged into each day of the calendar the names and their total hours worked for that month are then listed and summed below - if the user was to double click on a day in the month and sees the entries looged for that particular day the user can delete the hours logged so that it removes that entry for that person and therefore updates the list below The data entered needs to be saved so the user can toggle between the months and see what was logged - and be able to add and remove and also update names and their hours and the list below for that month updates accordingly Finally an email macro button to email the dynamic list below the calendar listing the names and summed hours worked for the month
