Registering on urls

The project involves registering on different urls. I will provide you with an excelsheet containing a lot of urls (5000 approx). The sheet will also contain usernames and passwords for each url. You will have to register on these urls using those usernames and passwords. I am looking for a low hourly rate or a per 100 registrations rate. I need the selected vendor to be able to start right away. You should be able to process at least 300 - 350 urls each day in 6 hours and should be able to start straight away. I will need the selected vendor to communicate with me on daily basis. If you fail to communicate one day, you are out of the project.
