Wrote up vouchers, examined invoices, purchase orders, receiving reports, maintained bills of lading files, handled vendors calls, researched past due invoices, maintained accounts receivable and payable books. Performed time sheet audits, entered time, processed forms, letters, documents, developed and created reports on student enrollment, assisted students, compiled quarterly student inventory, and assisted with registration for the English as a Second Language Department at University of South Alabama. Answered phones, filed, typed, input data into computer, assisted in preparation of accounting reports, and performed other general office duties.
