Hi! With my vast PhD experience in Matlab/Simulink based Data handling and writing CSV files and then Plotting the inforamtion . I have a completed project in Matlab/Simulink where i had provided DC Regulation of Power Transmission Line using Fuzzy and ANN Controllers. I had provided a range of data and plotting m Files and exporting to the my Client as well. Currently I am conducting classical control for Photovoltaic Cell System for MPPT using Model Referecnce and Sliding Mode Current Controller as well. Again Handling a Lot of DATA for reading, Writing and Plotting as well. I have been suing Matlab/Simulink Since 1998 for my studies and Reserach. Thus I find myself a suitable candidate for this project

Greetings Apologies for my rating as I am new to Freelancer. Here is how we can tackle your needs: 1.) I will assess the weight of your database (allocations and price change) before trying to read the file at once or by chunk. 2.) After loading these to the workspace, write the arithmetic function that will give the progressive profit / loss for each trader. 3.) Run the program and continuously write the output to a CSV format. The weight of the output shall be assesed first before considering breaking into chunks or one big file. I am a seasoned programmer and this is a relatively easy job to accomplish. Looking forward for your grant. Thank you very much
