we need to design:
A Sip / H323 proxy server that has the features incluing call forwarding, call waiting, voice mail and conference.
the system should work in a prepaid and post piad mode.
you may use the open sources like Aserisk or make write your own code.
Platform can be Microsoft or Linux.
we need to handle a few hundered simultanous calls.
