Digital Marketing (Manage Lead Pages & Email Campaigns)

**Agencies - do not apply as we are seeking to only work with an individual. ** We are a SaaS company looking for a full-time digital marketing analyst to manage our landing pages and email campaigns. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience with creating, managing, and optimizing both landing pages and email campaigns that convert visitors to lead and leads to customers. We do not need you to mange SEO or GoogleAd's. Specifically, I need someone who can: - Optimize our landing pages to maximize conversion rates - Improve our email campaigns to convert Leads to Customers ** If you do not have the technical skills needed to make website design changes, our web team can manage that part of the process with your direction. ** Responsibilities: 1. Lead Conversion Tracking: • Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns. • Evaluate lead generation and conversion data and identify trends and insights. • Optimize free and paid campaigns based on performance insights to maximize lead conversion. 2. Trial Conversion Signups: • Track and analyze trial signups and establish conversion benchmarks. • Evaluate the effectiveness of the sign-up process and recommend improvements. • Develop strategies to increase trial conversion rates. 3. Data Analysis & Reporting: • Extract and analyze data from various platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation tools. • Create comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, conversion rates, ROI, and other relevant KPIs. • Present data-driven recommendations and insights to the marketing team and senior management. 4. Collaboration & Strategy Development: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment with overall business goals. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for optimizing conversion rates. • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive lead and trial conversion. 5. Email Campaign Management • Must have great written English - good enough to be used in email marketing campaigns without needing to reply on ChatGPT. • Review campaigns to see which are getting good open and click rates and modifying those that are not. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. • Understanding of how to use GA4 (and would be willing to provide a demo to show proof) • Proficient in using analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and CRM software. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Exceptional presentation and reporting skills. • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Email campaign experience Confirm with a Yes or No if you have experience with the following; • WordPress • Optimizing Landing Pages • Creating email campaigns (that people open and click) • Managing Ad Campaigns • Tracking Lead Form Conversions • Working with a SaaS company • Using Zoho CRM • Using ChurnZero • Reducing Churn • Using ChatGPT The ideal candidate will be able to review our landing pages and suggest/make changes to improve the conversion rate. They would then track the conversation rate of each landing page/source. They would know how many people land on the page and how many fill out the form. From there they would track how many start a trial. They will then be able to look at the conversion rate and the lead cost and suggest which channels are profitable and which are not. ***This is a full-time position.
