Hi, I am a native English speaker with lots of writing and editing experience. I also teach creative writing and do manuscript consultations. I tend to bid per word count - but that works out to be about $1/page (on this site ... ). I'm not very busy right now over the summer - I can usually do an average book (50,000 ish) in a few days if I push it - but prefer to take up to a week if possible. I go over the MS thoroughly - a read through, another with track changes, then an 'accepted' version where I see what I've missed with TC (because they often make such a mess).
