Design the LNA on ADS software only. The Design we will make its specification are;- 1. Frequency range-1 GHz-3 GHz (wideband). 2. Gain-30 dB. 3. Noise- less than 0.4 dB. 4. CDR (Compress Dynamic Range)- 70 dB. 5. SFDR- 110 dB. Following attached Papers will be helpful. The above specifications need to be strictly followed despite of the example given in one of the attached pdfs. Thanks!
