OBD2 ESP32 Active Sound Generator

Hello, I have a project idea but I need some help from you guys. I would like to build a system that will simulate combustion engine exhaust sound on electric cars (specificly Renault ZOE ZE50) to the external speaker that will be installed under the car. Systems like that do exists, they are called "active sound generator" but they are also way to expensive. Those systems are directly connected with wires somewhere to CAN and power supply, and it's controlled through an android app. So my idea is to use OBD2 dongle based on ESP32 with some can transceivers, or just ESP32 with can transceivers connected anywhere to CAN and power supply. Read car CAN data of driving speed, RPM-s, throttle position and maybe some more... (It can be fine tuned later with more data) Use those data with some engine sound samples from memory card to generate output sound which will match the actual state of the car. You don't have to worry about the hardware part. I am very good at PCB design so I can do it by myself, I need you to write me a code for it. Tell me your thoughts and you think it's possible to build?
