I am looking to have designed a small electronics system. The system will consist of a simple timer with user interface, a micro-controller, a light sensor, and a small speaker and LED light to serve as an alarm. The electronics will be implemented into a small plastic and/or glass product. This product is to be used in the following manner: -The user will enter a time (possibly hours and/or days), this timer will then count down. After the timer reaches 0, the speaker will sound a "beep" and a light will flash only after the light sensor detects a significant amount of light. The product will be kept in a dark place 99% of the time and will be in light after the user physically turns a light on. The idea is for the product to sound an alarm after the set time AND after the light sensor detects a significant amount of light. At this stage, I am looking for this small electronics circuit to be designed for a prototype plastic/glass product. I am also looking for advice on how to implement this circuit into a plastic/glass product such that it will be able to be submerged in hot water and still function properly. Any advice on manufacturing this circuit in large quantities (thousands of units) is also desired. I have attached what I believe to be correct circuit logic for this circuit.

I'm interested in this project as I have done similar project for my academic purpose(more complex logic) I looked in to your pdf of description and It's more straight forward. I did same kind of project as a toastmaster timer, which user can set 3 different alarm times and 3 different lights and a buzzer to shout when timer is gone to 0. Approach to the Job: I can design the circuit and program the microocntroller and create a prototype and send to you. So you can see how to make it to mass scale production. If modifications are needed for mass scale production (like SMD PCB board) I can do those changes and help with that. One of the significant issues in this requirement is the ambient temperature and designing case, therefore it will take more time and needs accurate job. I will design circuits by Altium Designer and the case by solid work and I have this ability to generate G-code by Solid CAM to manufacturing. We need more discussion about this project. hope you find the best one.
