Hardware: Motor Control: Design a sturdy motor control circuit with current sensing and PWM for accurate control of four motors with a 10-amp load. Mesh Network: Use a Zigbee-based mesh network to enable motor control board-to-device connectivity. Battery Management: Install a battery management circuit to maximize battery performance and ensure safety. Sensors: Two sensors collect motor and board performance data. Firmware: Motor Overload Sensing: Develop firmware to detect motor currents and alarm for overload or abnormal circumstances. Data Acquisition: Write code to periodically collect motor current, battery voltage, and sensor measurements. Mesh Network Communication: Enable firmware to create a Zigbee mesh network for device communication. Bluetooth Control: Allow easy motor control board interface through Bluetooth.
