Employment Discrimination: Age, Religion, Qualifications and ... against Honeywell

Plaintiff, Asif Rauf hereby submits details and evidence to original statement and complain of discrimination, RE: EEOC No. 450-2022-02570, submits the following details to the original complaint: 1. Gender Discrimination = Honeywell prevented plaintiff rom applying for a role because of his gender. 2. Age Discrimination = Honeywell history of firing 4 employees in a row – all in their sixties plus 3. Race Discrimination = Honeywell history of firing three in a row Quality Experts all different race 4. Religious Discrimination = Honeywell ignoring of religious accommodation – refusing to accept different religious in organization 5. National Origin Discrimination = Honeywell history of firing three in row Quality Experts from subcontinent 6. Selective application of Honeywell “Code of Conduct” to privilege employees only – Denying Plaintiff equal rights and protection under Honeywell Code of Conduct. 7. A Toxic work environment = Honeywell allowed & supported: - Judith Carmona to make scandalous allegations against Plaintiff, hired a under qualified person to manage – refused to hire the best qualified person for a job. 8. And Retaliation for complaining = 9 documented retaliation – submitted to HR – zero action Plaintiff will proof with evidence & witnesses that plaintiff have been subjected to Ten Months of aforementioned toxic behavior by Honeywell, its officers and representatives.
