We have a concept plan for a renovation and extension of a house in Melbourne, and we require full engineering drawings to be completed. The drawings have yet to be be approved by town planning, but we will require the engineering to be completed after approval has been granted. The engineering drawings will need to be completed to comply with Australian building regulations and requirements.
