We need someone to edit our new real estate podcast for clarity and flow. Besides basic adjustments like noise reduction and dead silence removal, we want you to listen to the whole episode and cut out parts that don't make sense or ask the host to re-record something. Most episodes are interviews between the host and a guest and they are about 40 minutes each. The host and most guests will be native English speakers. We use Zencaster to record and will provide 2 separate MP3 files, a track for each person. We will also provide the intro and outro files along with two more files to introduce the guest and to conclude the episode. We have 7 episodes ready for you to start working with and would like to launch by the end of June with at least 4 episodes. In your proposal, please tell us when you would be able to deliver the first 4 episodes, what software you will use, what podcasts have you edited before, and if you have any knowledge in real estate. Please provide your price per episode.

Hello there! If you want a one-in-all podcast guru, then look no further. To answer your questions: 1) Since your episodes will be 40 minutes each, I will definitely be able to deliver the 4 episodes before the end of the month 2) I will be using iZotope RX7 Advanced for denoising and precise improvements, and Cubase to arrange all of the files (intros/outros etc.) and do all other light editing 3) Here are some of my earlier podcasts I've worked on, and/or am still working on: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 4) I must say that I am not extremely knowledgeable on Real estate business, but I will easily adapt as I go through the episodes. 5) My per-episode price would be only $40. Hi my friend, i can deliver the first episode in two days tops, but i see that u need 4 episodes ready in the next 6 days right? because u want to publish 4 episodes this month.. I will be using melodyne (to see and erase the voice noises) and fl studio to clean the background noises and long pauses.. Sincerely, i don't have a lot of experience in real state, but i have a lot of experience on voice processing.. I want to know more about this project.

Hi. I have read your project description and I believe that I am the right candidate for this job. I have 7+ years of experience as an Audio Engineer with a focus on Podcast Editing. Currently, I am the resident podcast engineer for a company that focuses on creating content for academia. Here, my role involves ensuring that the vocals are clear, noise or any audio distraction is removed, to ensure that the listeners' attention is maintained from the beginning to the end. I will be able to deliver the first 4 episodes in 4-5 days, just in time for the launch. I use either Garageband or LogicProX. You can see examples of my work in my portfolio.
