Entry level marketing person to generate buzz and traffic

I am looking for someone to, as the title says, generate buzz and drive online traffic. I am looking for: - A subscriber list or a pool of people to send out information to - Possibly an email campaign - Social media presence - Press release type of thing - Marketing for multiple services (might include social care, apparel, ebook, IT support, possibly more) * Other * - It should be clean and free from causing offence, nothing too wild - It's your responsibility to keep within the law - This could be someones first paid project, although you should have a portfolio of personal or academic work Ideally based in or near London or home counties (although work can be done anywhere) - Closing date midnight 13/3/2018 UK time - Please provide portfolio and rate
