Fill out webform using VBA

I have a spreadsheet that I want to post the values of two columns into a webform. Column D specifies the ID of the form field with the associated value to be posted in Column E. Column F specifies the form field ID for Column G. Please see the PNG file for a visual. I want to use VBA to post the values into the form field. I have tried many variations of code with no success. Because there are so many fields, Excel cannot handle them with individual statements. So it is important to write the code to loop through all fields programmatically using variables and ranges for each field. I cannot provide you access to the web page to test because it is a password secured site. I will work with you to test it and then release payment. Thanks for looking!
