Excel VBA Macro to parse and format a text file

I have a program that generates a text file that I need a macro to read and format accordingly. I've attached a sample file (requestReply) as well as sample output (MRA Macro-2). Some of the code is already written, I just don't have time to finish it. Using the Macro-2 file as a reference, here is some more information about each sheet. Everything is color-coded as far as where it goes/pulls from. If it's not color coded it comes from the text file. Requirements - ignore Application - a list of applications used to populate application fields Task - a list of tasks used to populate task fields Request - a list of request numbers used to populate request/transaction fields Summary - A summarized, formatted version of everything in the text file. Each application can have a 1:m relationship with tasks (list application once and each task). Each task can have a 1:m relationship with requests (list task once and each request). Requests may repeat in text file under the same task...list both twice as shown in example. Note: Each application may be listed more than once. In the example, 3071000 repeats. They should only be listed twice if there is another application that comes in between them (4170105). Detail - detailed version of everything listed in the text file. Application information is listed and then for each task it's information is listed. If multiple requests fall under the same transaction, the application/task information (user, appctx and domain as well) DOES NOT need to be repeated. Every single request (transaction) has a 'Request' and 'Reply'. As shown, the fields may not always be populated. Examine the way the Macro example is formatted in relation to the number of blocks located in the text file. More information will be provided on the accepted quote, but it's basically just reading a file and formatting the data accordingly.
