Excel Plug in - To call Webservice and Post data

Hi, I am VB and GIS developer and well versed in Excel and programming of Excel using VBA or even developing Add-in for Excel using VSTO of .NET. I gave also courses in Excel for UN employees here in Palestine - Gaza. The attached image is screen shot for Add-in for Excel to integrate Excel with another application called MetaTrader4 to allow the users to trade from within Excel. This project is complicated and deal with many technologies and fields like calling underlying layer for communications and graphics to have dynamic charts and link to MS Access to store the actions by the user and finally controlling MetaTrader from Excel.
