I need an Excel expert experienced with adding unique features to charts and data plotting issues

PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE MESSAGING ME. GENERIC MESSAGES WILL BE IGNORED. Goal: Create a visual display of all tasks and/or milestones for general project tracking (i.e., project timeline). Will be used to brainstorming and overall organization. Asks: 1. Data plotting - Data not plotting correctly or at all (see orange and yellow highlighted cells on the ‘Chart Data’ sheets) - there is a hidden sheet you need to adjust. 2. Critical path - Indicate on timeline that a task/milestone is ‘critical’ by making it a different colour, shape, etc. on timelines compared to regular tasks/milestones based on the answers on the chart data 3. Dependent tasks - Is it possible to make tasks dependent on others (i.e., if task B cannot proceed without task A being completed, then I will change the end date of task A and I want task B to automatically change its date or require me as the user to change the date before saving)? 4. "Today" indicator is incorrect on the Timeline (US) sheet - please correct 5. Section timeline - Can you section the timeline so that tasks/milestones can be plotted in different areas based on their task type (e.g., HR task will be plotted in the lighter green area vs. IT tasks plotted in the darker green area)? - I already have this feature incorporated but just wondering if there is another way to do this that is better. If not possible, it's okay! 6. Positioning - When plotting tasks/milestones, I don't want any to overlap - I already have this feature incorporated (see Position column) but was wondering if there is another way to do this that is better. If not possible, it's okay! Exceptions / Considerations: - Don't want gantt chart - This tool needs to stay in Excel - no MS Project or any other third party app - Needs to be user-friendly, simple (will be used by individuals who may have little to no Excel experience) - Dropdown menus need to stay incorporated as is - Tasks and milestones need to have labels that show up on the timeline (coming from Milestone and Task column on Chart Data (US / OUS) sheets) - There is a hidden sheet - this is important to use If you would like to take this on please message me with previous work attached so I can see your work and decide if it's similar to what I'm asking for.
