We are looking for a proactive and self-starting person who knows how to communicate and engage the online audience. (Portuguese native speaker) We are NOT looking for a translator. Please read carefully tasks and requirements before applying. Tasks: - Reply to comments, messages and questions about our company and its services in the online environment in Portuguese and English (FB, Google Play, AppStore, YouTube etc.) - Community Management (FB groups) - Moderate our FB page and other SMM channels + supporting our SMM activities - Advises the customers on the product and on the work with the product. - Helps the customers to solve technical issues that may arise during the work with our product. - Moderates the official Facebook community and the YouTube channel. - Stimulates an increase of the number of loyal customers and lawyers of the brand. - Additional tasks might be given. Hourly schedule of work. Skills and background: - Portuguese native speaker - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Proven experience in online communication (SMM, blogging etc) - Proven experience in translation from English into Portuguese and vice versa - Experience in Community, SMM is a huge plus
