In general, I prefer to not work on my client's existing databases, because the time saved at the beginning is often lost later on, when adding features that the file was not built for. However, you current database file would probably very useful to get un understanding of your business and as a base to discuss about your needs. To realize this project, I will probably customize one of my existing past works. I know the bid is over your budget, but I can't do less than this if I want to deliver a good product. About me: I have a 17 years experience as a freelance Filemaker developer. I realized custom applications for small and medium companies to manage many different activities. To give an idea, I can send some layout from recent works, if you reply to this bid (Freelancer does not allow attachments in bids) I use to work alone, but in close contact with my client before a projects starts, during its development and after it is completed. My effort is to provide a clean and simple interface that let users concentrate on their 'real' work and not on figuring out how the software works.
