I am looking for an investor to either invest or provide a private loan of approximately $50K , in a viable business that has been trading for 4 years. The business is owner run, with 25 years experience in its industry. Cash flows, projections and management accounts will be provided to genuine enquirers. I am willing to pay a commission of 5% to the freelancer who is able to successfully conclude a deal between us and the investor.
