Here below some of the points to look at together: 1) design survey: 22 items means 22 questions? do you have preferences for the rating scale? do you face specific issues that lead you to organise this survey? Exact goals of the survey? 2) Online implementation: is this to be done by me or you take care of it? On which platform? Any preferred one? You pay for the costs of the onine platform or do you have already an account on an online platform? 3) Data collection: how many responses needed? How do you solicit/invite participants to participate to the survey? What if you receive a low response? How and by whom will participants be invited to participate to the survey? 4) Analysis: do you need analysis (i.e. excel sheet with analysis) and recommendations /short statements) or a complete written report (with issue statement, survey objective, methodology, findings, etc.)?
