Web flash apps improvements and new features development - repost

Good morning, i'm Negroni Marco the cofounder of [login to view URL], we made two cool flash app a multiskin poker hand replayer and an interactive coaching with coach audio/video streaming, chat and shared table (using custom wowza media server java module to handle the custom rtmp streaming). We would like to add few features and fix/improve few things we are looking for an expert flash/flex/actionscript developer. Sorry if i don't provide accurate informations but it's hard to write all here, we want to discuss it with the developer later and he also must learn our already written code. waiting your reply, Best regards.
