Brokerage Franchise with our office opening soon in Costa Rica. The franchisor (Corporate office) provides a basic template all offices must use. I would like to higher a development team familiar with the Latin America/ Central America market. Our site would need a video/flash intro in both Spanish and English. Must possess excellent skills in English and Spanish to do a professional write up of our business. We would like a small flash/video intro similar to the examples added below. If needed amount is negotiable depending on recommendations. Should not be a problem to use some of video aspects from the first example.
