High End Flash, Flex E-commerce Store with Database and CMS

Hi, This project requires high end skills in flash, flex for developing a e-commerce store with backend(CMS) to control the site activities and integration of google analytics to the site for traffic reports, the design needs to be very high end with nice and clean flash animations, the key point is to make a site that it should load up very quickly even if its flash, flex. This Project is for selling Food Products. Only those individual will be considered for the project who have made the flash, flex e-commerce store with cms in past.
