Layout/template for a site

Hi, The site is about RC planes/helicopter. Im looking for someone who can make me a layout for my new site. One can use pictures from this site: [login to view URL] This site will have to be suitable for using virtuemart comp. so one have to think of the width(I believe), but not with payment, just ordering. Dont want boring banner, but with some life/action in it, maybe a flash?. Regarding Php/Mysql editing its more of a database(which I dont know how to), im haveing trouble sometimes installing joomla on this webhost, so maybe some help with database is needed, but only maybe.
