Website promotion and marketing

We have a website that currently has FORMS, E-commerce, some FLASH, a DATABASE and an admin area for us to enter customer information. We need help with: 1. Web page ranking, marketing and promotion. We need a comprehensive package to increase our visibility on par with the competition. We have some features provided by our web service that we would like help implementing like Google Adwords.
