AS3 mobile starling zoom function

Hi, I need for my starling mobile project: - draw roulette with 100 segments - when you touch middle point, zoom it (as on a schema) - ability to swipe through roulette - ability chose segment - when you chose segment, that segment change color must me nice and smooth
