I need to replicate an "ROI" calculator on [login to view URL] technology: Flex/html I will provide design guidelines specific tasks: 1. create a simple html placeholder page with 'ROI calculator' button 2. when clicked, display a modal popup with a calculator 3. a calculator contains a set of controls to change values that are used in a simple calculation (to be provided) 4. 'ROI' value should be dynamically recalculated and updated when input values have changed.
