Full site and info needed!

Looking for someone who can provide the following: 1) Build a site to sell products/info (Also provide the products/info to be sold) 2) Find/program adsense programs and affiliate programs which will make money and integrate into website 3) Create a myspace account/pages to link with website 4) Create blog with link to website 5) Provide SEO for high placement and traffic 6) Fully automated *Will need ideas for the products/info to sell, profitable affiliate programs and adsense, etc. (I have no ideas how to do any of this but would like to have an entire package (site/info/products/programs/affiliates,etc) created and fully automated. Please provide examples of similar work.
