Google adwords specialist

We are looking for a google adwords specialist to help us set up the conversion tags via google manager and google adwords / analytics. Must be very familiar and experienced with this environnement. Also he or she must be able to create, run organise a very productive google adwords compain for our restaurant. Everything will be done via screeshare only. Must know how to create a CPA , CPC campain associated to a very well programmed conversion tool. We are looking for a long term partnership Only experience profiles please dont waste your time and us. We have 4 restaurants.
