Job Summary: As an AI-Driven Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to provide actionable insights for small business clients. Your role will involve using AI analytics tools to identify patterns and suggest improvements. Must be available during EST put NYC in subject line. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage AI analytics tools (such as Google Analytics AI, Mixpanel, or Heap) on client websites. Regularly monitor and analyze data to understand user behavior and website performance. Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and trends. Offer actionable recommendations to clients based on data analysis to optimize their online presence and marketing efforts. Keep abreast of the latest trends in data analytics and AI technology. Daily Tasks: Check and manage analytics dashboards for various clients. Analyze data trends and patterns. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings. Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and align analytics strategies accordingly. Success Actions and KPIs: Increase in client website traffic and user engagement. Positive client feedback on insights and recommendations. Accuracy and timeliness of reports. Client retention and satisfaction rates.
