Update the Google AMP Cache to remove all my AMP pages

Hi My shop is built with BigCommerce. We deactivated AMP pages 3 weeks ago but Google has not updated its cache yet. We are therefore getting 404 errors on mobile search results for all of our products, and we need to stop this immediately. I am following this guide to do this: [login to view URL] Step 1: (delete AMP version of page from your CMS) is done. Step 2: I have attempted to do this by adding URL "[login to view URL]" (my store is [login to view URL]) but I'm not sure this would have covered all my (5,500) products. Step 3: I do not understand how to do this, it is too technical. Step 4: not done. I need somebody to look into this for me and get all AMP pages removed from Google immediately. Thank you
