76815 Make 10 banners

We require the design of 10 oversize banners, 770 x 96 pixels, size needs to be less than approx 20k. These banners are used as the top header of personal we page template sites, they are not ad banners. We require colorfull and exciting high quality banners and would like a combination of photo elements as well as illustration. No two banners should look alike, we need diversity. The specific "themes" and quantity for each theme is as follows: women (2), men (2), teens (2), generic (4). Provide the finished product in the highest optimized format, jpeg or gif. Payment is 50% upon acceptance and 50% upon completion. We reserve the right to reject any designs which do not meet our expectations.
