Hello, I can do it; as the sculpture style is very texturized surely you will need a less intrincated path for the vinyl plotter, if you have plans for another use (print for example) I'll render a more detailed version.

I will make 3 versions of the vectorized statue for you, from detailed to medium detailed to simple and stylized. Three for the same price. Most likely, the third version is the one you will use for the vinyl cutout. All editable in Illustrator, so you can use them in different projects or for future needs.
