Vinyl Wall Art Design - Please Read Fully and Respond

We are looking for an ongoing relationship with one or more individuals that can continually make unique designs for wall art. The whole idea is taking quotes which will be provided and create designs using fonts or small art work (ie) butterflies, ladybugs, sports related etc. We will provide each person/team with 10 quotes that you will need to use your skills at impressing us with your work following the above guidelines. We want the finished work just like you would be submitting the work directly for payment. Please provide your best pricing and best work because these will make the determination of who receives this job. Also, keep in mind that each item submitted will be checked to see if it can be cut by our vinyl cutter. I need pricing on a per item basis!!! I have had this work done in the past in house and realize that it is not difficult work but decided to outsource the work because we want true designers with a good eye for trends. Therefore, each needs to be in the following file types: EPS, SVG, AI and GSD formats. I want them optimized for superior performance and very clean, which means that there are closed paths, no overlaps, no crossed lines, and no intersecting objects. Additionally, I will need the original file before it is optimized/welded together along with you providing the name of each of the fonts that are used for the design for our records. Payment: We will pay for each 50 designs upon their acceptance by our design acceptance team.
