Car Hauling Website

All, I see this as a small project to build a very basic joomla website for Car Hauling. You can Google the internet "Car Hauler" to see many types of these websites. We're looking for something very simple that will support a credit card link provided by Wells Fargo Bank. I started building the site under Joomla, but was consumed with other priority projects and business ventures. So I'm looking for a programmer who is based in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, or Orange Counties so we can meet to discuss project details. My background is the following: 25 years in Management Information Systems (Operations, Production Control, Systems, Network Engineering, and Database). The 25 years was spent across the following industries - Banking, Financial Management, Health Care, and Manufacturing. As for now, I look to host the site with Go [login to view URL] unless convinced otherwise. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
