Create a web logo and basic design

I'm in the process of creating a new website, which I've already hired out to have done on vworker.com. However, I'd like someone to help me come up with a nice-looking logo and overall design to be used on the website's pages. Specifically, I'd like you: 1. To create a web logo that fits with the theme of the website and what it's about (described below). 2. To create the basic format (colors, graphics, etc.) to be used. The website being constructed is [[login to view URL]][1] "Invest the World." It is a website about international travel, investment and real estate. It intends to have blog posts, articles, classifieds, forums and multimedia all dealing with international travel, investment and real estate. The logo should be for "Invest the World."
