AIML Artificial Intelligence Project.

Hi. I have a PHP AIML interpreter. I would like an application on the android market that will allow users to talk through speech or text. I would like the artificial intelligence to be able to send text messages, phone people through contacts or dial numbers via text or voice, get news and facts from the web and run programs. I would like the program to also speak the output from the bot. There are similar apps like this proposed one, such as Evi. I would like the artificial intelligence to remember each user through the users phone memory or the bots database.
