I will have this programs funding on [login to view URL] come Tuesday - Awards will be dependent on funding. I want a tower defense game created - specifically for Android. The game will consist of 2 versions, a free version (10 levels) and a full (cost) version (23-25 levels). I want both to have in app purchases - and I want to ensure that any data from free version will transfer to the full version at purchase. I would prefer that the programmer also be able to do the graphics so that I won't have to hire multiple people for this project. Time limit is 3 months so please do not increase bid price based on time. Lowest experienced bidder wins. If someone can do both graphic and programming, they will have priority. Also, I will not do Skype so please don't ask. I will be able to communicate via e-mail.
