Application GUI design

Hello. I am looking for designer to make applications' GUI. I am a Flex/Flash developer by myself and I need the right person to make my applications to look great. Here are some links to the level of quality I am looking for: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Typical work-flow will be as follows: I will provide the application to the designer so he/she will study what should be done (what UI elements are presented, what graphics can be added to make the overall look better). Then the designer will have to provide 2-3 scratches. The designer will have pretty much freedom on this step, regarding what style to implement. Also the designer will be able to discuss the possibilities of moving UI elements in different places on the stage, if he/she thinks it will add some benefits to the design. After final scratch will be approved, the designer will need to make final design release either in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop, or even Adobe Flash Professional (though Illustrator is preferred, it's not mandatory). I prefer long term relationships. The salary is subject to discuss, as well as subject to be increased after some time, if I will like the work. Please, provide samples of you work/portfolio. Also, please provide some estimations on how much time you will need for such work and what is your expected salary.
